• Marathon, Ontario- excellent campsite.
• Lake Superior: Wow, great Highway great views and magnificent Lake, looks more like an ocean with the huge waves crashing to the shore. Described as the least polluted great lake??
• Jack saw a fence made of bicycles
• Camped at Bell campground in Sault st. Marie
• September 4, Manitoulin Island worlds largest fresh water island. Named after the great spirit Manitou. Cottage country like.
• Espanola town.. not sure where the Spanish influence came in.
• Saw the aftermath of two separate semi truck rollovers in the ditch.
• Forest reminds Jack of the dense closed canopy jungles in Mexico.
• Looking forward to the fall colors.
• Excellent chicken and veggies bought in an Alberta Mennonite rest stop.
